Artisan Bread is far more nutritious and easily digestible than its commercial counterpart. The yeast cultures in the starter promote a healthy immune system and a healthy gut.
Since our bread has no preservatives it will last 4 to 4 days. We recommend immediately freezing any portions that will not be used within 3 days. Cut the bread with a serrated knife and wrap the remaining loaf in saran wrap and place in a plastic bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Do not refrigerate the bread.
